The Dave Thomas Memorial Classic of Fort Wayne has raised over $152,000 for the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption.  The Dave Thomas Foundation forwards that money to “The Villages”, an Indiana based adoption agency. 

The Classic is credited with helping over 30 children in Northeast Indiana find what Dave Thomas used to call “loving, permanent homes.”

The many sponsors of the event over the years have been critical to the success of the fund raising efforts, but equally as important are the donations to the auction, attending and participating in the event and volunteer your time to help.  

This year there are three sponsorship levels, Gold, Silver and Green. 

The Gold sponsorship is $2,500 and includes a foursome in the golf event, a table for 8 to the celebration reception, prominent signage at the event as well as on publicity materials posted at all area Wendy’s restaurants, a full page ad in the event program, a prominent spot on the “slide show” at the event, and this year a link to our brand new Dave Thomas Memorial Classic web page. 

Silver sponsors ($1,500) receive a pairing of golfers in the golf event and 4 tickets to the celebration reception, a ½ page ad in the event program and slightly lesser signage, mentions on the publicity and slide show.

Green sponsors ($250) receive signage at all tees and greens on the course and are listed in the event program.

There are two other ways you can help support this important cause, the biggest adoption fund raising event in Northern Indiana.  First, make a donation of an item or service to the silent auction and your contribution will be noted at the item on the auction table, on the auction sheet and in the program.  Finally, come join us.  A foursome of golf at Pine Valley for this event in only $800.  That includes continental breakfast, lunch, beverages and a terrific “goodie bag” for every participant.  For only $25 per person more, you can attend the celebration reception the night before the golf and enjoy a great evening of fun food and entertainment.
